The Banff Mountain Film Festival Is Coming To Tahoe
The Banff Mountain Film Festival will be at Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort on April 8 and 9.

2021-2022 Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour - International

The Banff Mountain Film Festival will be at Bally's Lake Tahoe on Friday, April 8, and Saturday, the 9. You'll see films from all over the world that were recognized at the annual festival back in November in Banff, Canada. This is just one of the stops on the film festival's world tour.

The Banff Film Festival has been touring as a way to bring mountain filmmakers to those who can't attend the main event in Canada.

The films that are a part of this worldwide festival cover topics like travel, adventure, culture, and sports. Watch as the people on screen climb mountains, kayak, white water raft, ski, snowboard, bike, train, and visit remote locations.

The film lineup hasn't been announced, but about six to ten films out of the 40 that the Banff World Tour licenses will be shown. These will include award winners and nominees.

Experience the world through these adventurers for a couple of hours!

Tickets are $17 for each day. Kids under ten years old can attend for free. Tickets are available online

The Banff Mountain Film Festival will be at the Bally's Lake Tahoe Showroom. It will start at 7 pm on Friday and Saturday. There will be open seating, so it's first-come, first serve.
