Zephyr Cove Snowmobiling

Zephyr Cove Resort is said to be the top snowmobiling spot in Lake Tahoe. These tours will take you through and up the mountains with breathtaking views along the way. Guests can choose their guided tour experience, plus rent all of the necessary gear and equipment.

Tour Options

The Scenic Lake View Tour is a 2-hour guided ride through the mountains and forests with stunning views from 9,000 feet above sea level! You can take this tour in the morning, afternoon, and occasionally when there’s a full moon, it’s offered as an evening ride. Also, enjoy some hot cocoa along the trail! Single riders cost $220 and double riders $260. Ask about Kids Ride Free Days on Wednesdays. Kids 15 and under can ride free with an adult!

The Ultimate Experience Tour is a 2+ hour customizable ride that allows guests to go off-trail riding! This is still a guided tour, just with some flexibility. This tour includes elevated views of the lake too. For single riders, the cost is $320.

Zephyr Cove also offers clothing and gear rentals. They have everything you’ll need: jackets, boots, gloves, bibs, and helmets. They also teach you everything you need to know about operating the snowmobile safely.
