Soar Down Heavenly Mountain on The Ridge Rider Mountain Coaster

Soar and scream down Heavenly Mountain on the Ridge Rider Mountain Coaster! Strap into the toboggan that will twist and turn down a metal track and weave its way through the mountainside. It’s like a real-life version of The Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland. Go down solo or ride tandem. 

Note: closed-toed shoes must be worn in order to ride.

As you zoom down the track, you’ll have awesome views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains.

To reach the coaster, you’ll have to take the Scenic Gondola Ride up the mountain, which is a worthwhile way to take in amazing sky-high views (at a slower speed than the coaster).

Tickets for the Gondola and Coaster are offered as a bundle. For both activities, adult tickets cost $85, seniors and teens cost $73, and kids cost $58. If you just plan on riding the Gondola, you might as well go ahead and ride the Mountain Coaster too!

Make sure to check in advance for Mountain Coaster and Gondola availability. The schedule changes based on the season.
