There are two courses at Genoa Lakes, both of which are championship courses. The courses sit on beautiful land with varying terrain. Fees range from $60 to $110, which varies over different seasons.

Lake Tahoe Golf Course is located south of Lake Tahoe near Echo Lakes. The golf course is perfect for people staying around this area and anyone who does not want to go too far off to enjoy a game of golf. It is a vast 18-hole championship course for the ultimate golfing experience. Not to worry, if you are new to the game, you get the best experience learning. You can learn as a group or solo.
4. Old Brockway Golf Course
Established in the 1920s, Old Brockway is one of the oldest golf courses in the area,. You can play an 18-hole game for $50 or a 9-hole game for $30. Regardless, the course is fun and challenging and the staff is welcoming. These are excellent attributes, especially for beginners, as they do not feel out of place playing here. The course is on Kings beach and right by the lake.
5. Northstar Golf Course
The Northstar Golf Course is easily accessible from the Kings Beach area via Highway 267 towards Truckee. There are several amenities at the golf course, including a bar and restaurant, and rental shop. If you visit between Sunday and Thursday, the course fees are $65, and it goes up slightly to $70 on Friday and Saturday. It is still relatively affordable compared to other golf courses in the area. Individual and group lessons are also available.
