2. Scotty's Castle
Built in the 1920's Scotty's Castle has been a popular site that attracts tourists and locals alike. Stop here and take a tour of this Spanish-style mansion. Hand-forged iron and tiles, custom-made furniture, and priceless antiques and tapestries adorn the house. The Chimes Tower, which is the castle's highlight, contains a set of 25 carillon chimes that play every 15 minutes.

3. Tonopah Historic Mining Park
Three and a half hours from Las Vegas is the Tonopah Historic Mining Park. The park serves both as a museum and historical site, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore over 100 acres of historic ruins. The ruins include old buildings, cave-ins, drop-offs, artifacts, mine shafts, and a tunnel. Making a stop here is like taking a step back in time.
