Watch 4th of July Fireworks in Lake Tahoe
Lights on the Lake Fireworks is the spectacular annual 4th of July show on Lake Tahoe.

Lights on the Lake Fireworks at Tahoe South from Edgewood Tahoe

Every 4th of July, the Lights on the Lake Fireworks show burns bright over the south shore of Lake Tahoe. It’s rated as one of the top five firework displays in the nation by The American Pyrotechnics Association. It has even been featured on NBC! There are several locations that have a great view of this nationally recognized show.

The display can be seen from pretty much anywhere since the fireworks are set off on barges in the middle of the lake. The closer you can get to the shore of the lake the better though. You should scope out your spot well ahead of time since this is a popular tradition; there’s no doubt it will be crowded.

These amazing fireworks will illuminate the night sky and add to the patriotic spirit of the holiday. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

This year the 4th of July falls on a Monday. The amazing fireworks display will start at 9:45 pm. In the past, the show has usually been about half an hour long.

Incline Village Crystal Bay July 4th SkyShow

The north shore of the lake is changing up the 4th of July tradition this year by replacing the fireworks with drones. The Incline Village Crystal Bay 4th of July Sky Show will feature 200 drones that will light up and create different formations. This change is to help prevent wildfires.

It has not been announced when this show will start, so keep an eye out for updates here.
