Emerald Bay is a state park located close to Lake Tahoe that has 97 campsites. There are two loops in the campsite, known as the lower eagle and upper eagle points. The campsites are large enough to accommodate small RVs up to 18-feet, tents, and trailers. Almost three-quarters of the camps are tent-only. Amenities accessible on the grounds include drinking water, flush toilets, firewood, and hot showers.
